Last night I had some girl friends over for pizza and a movie (missed you D!). We had such a great time. We watched Waitress with that beautiful noxzema girl, what's-her-name. (It was a good movie, not great, but good enough to watch with some girl friends. 
Contained an abusive huband and some cheating, though, so beware if you don't like that sort of content.) Anyway, my friend A spent the night, so we got up and made waffles and eggs this morning and headed downtown to the Capital building for some touring. It turned out to be really fun. Lotsa exercise for all. We made some duck friends (fed them granola bars and so they followed us while we walked around the water). And had a nice lunch at a bakery, and some awesome chocolate walnut torte for dessert! 
The movie last night sparked a sweet tooth in us and so we decided after a Wal-mart run that we'd make a pie. Chocolate pudding with a cream cheese layer. I goofed the cheese cake layer because... well.. you know me... can't follow directions... so it was more like a custard. But good nonetheless. So we had that for dinner! Ha!
