Lots o pics

Today was our super super busy day of the week. Thankfully my kids are freaking awesome and held up great the whole day. We were up at 7am to eat, shower, grab our swim gear and make it to bible study at 930. That lasted til 1030, when I had to cut out short in order to make it back to the pool by 11. Swim class for Mel til 1140. Then off to subway for lunch. Back to the pool by 1 for Monkey's level 3 swim lessons. Home for a shower and a nap. Up again just in time to feel the earth quake (so cool!) and talk to Grandma and Grandpa before dinner (mmm... French Toast). And hurried out the door to karate. Home at 810 and in bed by 830! Whew! That was one Looooonnnngggg day! Thankfully, Mel is ahead of her classmates in her Level 1 class, so the swim teacher (the sweetest kid ever!) is making Mel her own level 2 class from 12-1240 so he can teach her before he teaches Monkey's class! How cool is that!? And, it's easier on my schedule, too! Yay!
My beach babes...

Weirdos. They were "buckled for safety" into their chairs with a reflective belt. Ready for their trip with baby and flash light in hand. This is a teriyaki beef burger at Mos Burger... the most awesome hamburger place on earth. This puppy is Y300 (almost $3). It comes with lettuce (seen here, because Daddy took this photo), beef like you've never tasted at a fast food restaurant in your life, and this rice-bun. How cool is that? Unfortunately the Japanese don't like to eat a lot it seems. It's about the size of a half of a regular burger in the states. When we go to Mos, Daddy orders 2-3 burgers, Monkey can finish a whole one, and I usually order 2. They're so freaking good!
Flyin kites... notice Monkey's t-shirt. It has 2 sumos on the front and says "sleeper hold" "have difficulty breathing". ha!

Have yet to see a sunset i didn't like... Kite flyin'
One of the friends we made at the beach... this guy was huge. The shell is at least 4 inches across.
Rain, anyone?
This is the view from my back yard (aka the balcony.) At the bottom of the pic are the roof tops we over look and the stacks and the giant crane are at the fishing port. Unfortunately there are no underground cables here.
