Good byes

If you thouht you've had a busy week (or month).... take a look at my schedule!

Apr 3- left home for northern VA. Flew alone with the kids for the first time. Thank God for Dawn, who drove us to the airport and sat with the kids in the car while I unloaded 2 bags,2 backpacks, a box, and 2 car seats to the bag check-in lane inside, as Virgin America doesn't have any curbside check-in. Grandma picked up me and the kids at Dulles and we stayed with her in a townhouse. Grandpa flew in over the weekend, and the kids were super excited to have both Grandma and Grandpa together again. Then I headed down to Fred to visit with my fam there. Did not allow myself enough time. Missed seeing some very important people to say bye to.
Apr 9- left VA for NC to see Daddy's graduation. Weather was warm and beautiful in Fayette-nam. Saw some friends, ate lots of Chick-fil-A.
Apr 14- left NC for home. Touced down at about 11pm. Flight was so much better with Daddy to help out. Kids slept. Uncle R picked us up and... home again home again jiggity jig.
Apr 15- LASIK surgery on my left eye again. Kinda painful, as they had to lift the flap they had made 7 months ago.
Apr 18- left home for NY to see Lins. Had a grand ol time at the Tapes N Tapes concert, Botanical Garden, Clubs, Bars, Comedy Club, and shopping in Manhattan. (Thanks, guys and Momma C, for everything!!!)
Apr 21- Packers here for our shipment-- allowed only 3200 lbs of goods, of which 800 went the the Harley. Over weight, for sure. Uhhh ohhh.
-returned from NY. Daddy picked me up at the airport. What a beautiful face to see when I got home.
Apr 22- Dawn's Birthday!! Introduced her to Waterstreet, my fave restaurant, and Reisling.
Apr 23 and 24- Packers here for our storage shipment.
Apr 25- move in with Uncle R for the few days remaining. Clean our home and get it all ready for the renters to destroy.
Apr 26- A neighbor's son's birthday party.
Apr 27- Neighbors are throwing a farewell BBQ for us and our other neighbors (so sweet).
Apr 28- Back to the base to finish up paperwork, etc. Final errands.
Apr 30- leave at noon for *over seas* can't freaking believe it.
