ok ok ok... so it's, again, been a while since i've posted. i thought i'd have more time to do this blog thing. i have taken some more pictures, but haven't yet loaded them, so those will have to come later. i figured that maybe you'd like to know what i've been cooking. so i'm going to incorporate some of my dinners into the blog, make it a little more interesting maybe? =)
we'll start with this simple recipe for a delicious mocha pudding cake. it's divine. let me see if i can remember if i made any alterations... ok, instead of 3/4 c white sugar, i used 1/2 c brown bc that was all i had on hand. instead of the coffee, i got Daddy to make me a cup of espresso and i added water so that it made 1 cup. i don't sift. ever.

P.S. Can you email or somehow notify all of your dear readers whenever you update? I always forget to look, and your blog doesn't have a feed since it's private, so then I don't see that you've posted until FOREVER after. :-0
