The house

When we first moved in over two weeks ago, we (well, me at least) sortof expected to get here to a completed house. I was mistaken. The day that we moved in was the day they installed the appliances. The day after, they installed the irrigation. Then on Monday, the sod and flower beds. Ever since has been like pulling teeth to get things finished. Ok, so on the contract we said it would be alright if they took up to 30 days to complete our upgrades. Uhh... bad move on our part, lucky for them. Today we got our closet installed in the bonus room, fans installed throughout, and my handy fix-it-all man is here spackling and filling and touching up. His name is Jeff. He's been here so often that the kids know him by name and hang out with him watching him do his work. Fortunately, he is doing a pretty good job and fixing all the little things i'm being picky about. Pics to follow later.
